SolRace lets users:

• Race solo against recorded "ghost" laps and AI bots
• Play combat modes — Survival and Battle Royale (free-for-all, last one standing)
• Race and battle other players online in real-time multiplayer rooms
• Compete on global leaderboards (race times, wins, kills)
• Earn in-game coins and unlock characters, weapons, and stat upgrades
• Optionally purchase characters, weapons, and upgrades using SOL or $SKR tokens
• Optionally record scores and ownership on the Solana blockchain

You must be at least 18 years old to use SolRace. You must not be a resident of any country subject to OFAC sanctions. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

SolRace uses the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) for authentication and on-chain actions. We never store or have access to your private keys. Your wallet address serves as your identity. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. Lost keys cannot be recovered by us. The Game can be played as a guest, but on-chain features and purchases require a connected wallet.

• In-game coins are earned through play. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or crypto, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or reset; they are a gameplay mechanic only.
• Premium items (characters/"heroes", weapon charge packs, and stat upgrades) may be purchased with SOL or $SKR tokens.
• On-chain ownership: Purchased characters and upgrades are recorded to your wallet on the Solana blockchain; consumable weapon charges are spent during play.
• Payment processing: All token payments are handled on-chain via a Solana program; they are trustless and verifiable.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable due to the on-chain, immediate-delivery nature of the transactions.
• No guarantee of value: Virtual items have no real-world or investment value and confer no rights other than in-game use.

Scores and results are validated server-side (including per-track time bounds and duplicate detection). We may reject, remove, or roll back results, usernames, or accounts that we reasonably believe were obtained through cheating, exploits, automation, or manipulation, without notice. Choose usernames that are not offensive, misleading, or infringing; we may reclaim or remove such names.

SolRace is a comedic, satirical game set in internet/"crypto" culture. Its characters are original, stylized cartoon caricatures and parodies created for expressive and humorous commentary on memes, archetypes, and public figures associated with that culture. They are intended as parody and social commentary, not as accurate depictions.

• No affiliation or endorsement: SolRace, Coffee on Chain, and its characters are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any individual, company, token, project, or brand that a character may evoke.
• Third-party rights: All third-party names, trademarks, logos, and likenesses referenced or evoked remain the property of their respective owners. Any use is nominative/parodic and does not imply any partnership.
• No real-person association: Where a character is inspired by a public figure, it is a fictionalized caricature; nothing in the Game represents the actual statements, views, or endorsement of any real person.
• Takedown / removal requests: If you are a rights holder (or their representative) and believe a character or asset infringes your rights or publicity, contact us at coffeeonchainsol@gmail.com. We will review promptly and remove or rename the asset where appropriate.
• Our content: Except for third-party-evoked elements, all game code, art, and assets are owned by Coffee on Chain and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or tampering with scores, ghosts, or on-chain data
• Using bots or automated tools to manipulate leaderboards or the economy
• Impersonating other players, or using infringing, hateful, or offensive usernames
• Attempting to exploit smart-contract vulnerabilities or circumvent fees
• Disrupting multiplayer rooms or other players' experience

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible, network fees may vary, token values fluctuate, smart contracts may contain undiscovered bugs, and the Solana network may experience downtime or congestion. SolRace is not responsible for losses due to these inherent blockchain risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (§ 276 BGB), SolRace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not affect liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, you acknowledge that digital content (virtual items) is delivered immediately upon on-chain confirmation, and you expressly consent to this, waiving your right of withdrawal for completed digital purchases (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes. For EU consumers: you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
