Toon Troopers lets users:

• Play a single-player twin-stick survival shooter across nine mission types and three campaigns
• Fight escalating waves, level up, and draft upgrade cards during a run
• Drive an endless highway mode, and travel between campaigns mid-run by convoy
• Earn gems through play and spend them on loadouts and supplies
• Optionally submit run results to a global leaderboard
• Optionally purchase loadouts and supplies using SOL or $SKR tokens

The Game is single-player. There is no multiplayer, chat, or user-generated content.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Toon Troopers. You must not be a resident of any country subject to OFAC sanctions. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Toon Troopers can be played in full without a wallet and without an account. If you choose to make a purchase, the Game uses the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) for connection and transaction signing. We never store or have access to your private keys. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet. Lost keys cannot be recovered by us.

• Gems are earned through play. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or crypto, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or reset; they are a gameplay mechanic only.
• Premium items (weapon packs, supplies, and mode-specific equipment) may be purchased with SOL or $SKR tokens.
• Delivery: Purchases are verified against the Solana blockchain and granted immediately. A record is kept against your wallet address so items can be restored if you reinstall.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable due to the on-chain, immediate-delivery nature of the transactions.
• No guarantee of value: Virtual items have no real-world or investment value and confer no rights other than in-game use.
• Progress is local: Gems, unlocks and personal bests are stored on your device. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data will erase them, and they cannot be recovered. Purchases made with a connected wallet can be restored; gems cannot.

Submitted run results are validated server-side against plausible bounds, and one entry is kept per display name. We may remove entries that are implausible, or display names that are infringing, hateful, or offensive. Leaderboard submission is optional and can be avoided entirely by not submitting a score.

• Our content: The game code, design, and the Toon Troopers name and logo are owned by Coffee on Chain and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
• Art: Character, weapon and environment models are from the Quaternius asset kits, released under CC0 (public domain dedication).
• Music: Music tracks are licensed under the Pixabay Content License. All sound effects are generated procedurally by the Game at runtime.
• Typefaces: Black Ops One is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; Permanent Marker is licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
• No affiliation: Toon Troopers is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Solana Labs, Solana Mobile, or any token project. References to $SKR describe an accepted payment token only.
• Takedown requests: If you are a rights holder and believe an asset infringes your rights, contact us at coffeeonchainsol@gmail.com. We will review promptly and remove or replace the asset where appropriate.

Toon Troopers is a cartoon action game. It depicts stylized, non-realistic combat against fictional enemies, including cartoon blood effects. It contains no real-world persons, no sexual content, no gambling, and no loot boxes: every purchasable item is shown with its exact contents and price before purchase.

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or tampering with submitted scores
• Using bots or automated tools to manipulate the leaderboard
• Impersonating other players, or using infringing, hateful, or offensive display names
• Attempting to obtain items without payment, or to circumvent on-chain verification
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or redistributing the Game or its assets

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible, that network fees may vary, that token values fluctuate, and that network congestion or outages may delay or prevent a transaction. You are responsible for confirming the details of any transaction before you sign it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (§ 276 BGB), Toon Troopers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for loss of virtual items or gems, or for losses arising from blockchain transactions, wallet compromise, or third-party service outages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving reasons. However, by initiating a purchase of digital content that is delivered immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB).

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin shall have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
