Toon Troopers lets users:

• Play a single-player twin-stick survival shooter across nine mission types and three campaigns
• Fight escalating waves, level up, and draft upgrade cards during a run
• Drive an endless highway mode, and travel between campaigns mid-run by convoy
• Earn gems through play and spend them on loadouts, heroes, vehicles, cosmetics and supplies
• Optionally submit run results to a global leaderboard
• Optionally purchase loadouts, heroes, vehicles, cosmetic items ("Looks") and supplies using $SKR tokens
• Optionally sign in with a Solana wallet to take part in the $SKR rewards programme (Section 16)
• Optionally share run results to X (formerly Twitter)

The Game is single-player. There is no multiplayer, chat, or user-generated content.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Toon Troopers. You must not be a resident of any country subject to OFAC sanctions. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Toon Troopers can be played in full without a wallet and without an account. If you choose to make a purchase or to take part in the rewards programme, the Game uses the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) for connection and transaction signing. Signing in to the rewards programme asks your wallet to sign a one-time message proving you own the address; it does not give us any access to your funds. We never store or have access to your private keys. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet. Lost keys cannot be recovered by us.

• Gems are earned through play. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or crypto, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or reset; they are a gameplay mechanic only.
• Premium items (weapon packs, heroes, vehicles, Looks, supplies, and mode-specific equipment) may be purchased with $SKR tokens; many can also be bought with gems.
• Heroes carry special abilities that apply in normal runs. They have no effect on Daily Bounty runs, which use a fixed loadout identical for every player.
• Looks are cosmetic only. They change appearance and have no effect on gameplay.
• Delivery: Purchases are verified against the Solana blockchain and granted immediately. A record is kept against your wallet address so items can be restored if you reinstall.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable due to the on-chain, immediate-delivery nature of the transactions.
• No guarantee of value: Virtual items have no real-world or investment value and confer no rights other than in-game use.
• Progress is local: Gems, unlocks and personal bests are stored on your device. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data will erase them, and they cannot be recovered. Purchases made with a connected wallet can be restored; gems cannot.

Submitted run results are validated server-side against plausible bounds, and one entry is kept per display name. We may remove entries that are implausible, or display names that are infringing, hateful, or offensive. Leaderboard submission is optional and can be avoided entirely by not submitting a score.

• Our content: The game code, design, and the Toon Troopers name and logo are owned by Coffee on Chain and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
• Art: Character, weapon and environment models are from the Quaternius asset kits, released under CC0 (public domain dedication).
• Music: Music tracks are licensed under the Pixabay Content License. All sound effects are generated procedurally by the Game at runtime.
• Typefaces: Black Ops One is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
• No affiliation: Toon Troopers is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Solana Labs, Solana Mobile, or any token project. References to $SKR describe an accepted payment token and the token paid by the rewards programme (Section 16).
• Takedown requests: If you are a rights holder and believe an asset infringes your rights, contact us at coffeeonchainsol@gmail.com. We will review promptly and remove or replace the asset where appropriate.

Toon Troopers is a cartoon action game. It depicts stylized, non-realistic combat against fictional enemies, including cartoon blood effects. It contains no real-world persons, no sexual content and no gambling. Nothing is sold with random contents: every purchasable item is shown with its exact contents and price before purchase. Supply caches found during play are free, cannot be purchased, and always contain gems.

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or tampering with submitted scores
• Using bots or automated tools to manipulate the leaderboard
• Impersonating other players, or using infringing, hateful, or offensive display names
• Attempting to obtain items without payment, or to circumvent on-chain verification
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or redistributing the Game or its assets
• Using multiple wallets, devices or modified clients to obtain rewards
• Submitting fabricated or modified run data to the rewards service

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible, that network fees may vary, that token values fluctuate, and that network congestion or outages may delay or prevent a transaction. You are responsible for confirming the details of any transaction before you sign it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (§ 276 BGB), Toon Troopers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for loss of virtual items or gems, or for losses arising from blockchain transactions, wallet compromise, or third-party service outages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving reasons. However, by initiating a purchase of digital content that is delivered immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB).

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin shall have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App.

• What it is: Toon Troopers may reward eligible play with $SKR tokens: a fixed amount for a flawless Daily Bounty, a fixed amount occasionally found in a supply cache, and a weekly prize pool for the best Daily Bounty scores. Current amounts and limits are shown in the Game.
• Funding and limits: Rewards are paid from a limited pool funded by the operator. Daily per-wallet limits, daily programme-wide limits and the pool balance apply. When a limit is reached or the pool is empty, rewards pause until it is replenished.
• No purchase necessary; no advantage for sale: Taking part is free. Daily Bounty runs use a fixed loadout identical for every player; items bought in the shop, including heroes, have no effect on them.
• Earning and claiming: Rewards are recorded against the wallet you sign in with and are claimed by you through an on-chain transaction that you sign; network fees for claiming are yours. Claims are processed by a Solana program, and larger amounts such as weekly prizes are claimed in daily instalments within the daily limits. Unclaimed rewards do not expire while the programme runs.
• Verification: Run results are checked automatically. A reward may be withheld where a run is implausible, appears automated or modified, or breaches these Terms. Withheld rewards are not a debt owed to you. Automated checks only ever withhold; they never remove tokens already claimed.
• Not income, not an investment: Rewards are a promotional feature of a game. They are not a promise of income, wages or investment return, and their value may change.
• Changes and ending: We may change amounts, limits or rules, or end the programme. We will give at least 30 days' notice in the App before ending it, during which accrued rewards can still be claimed.
• Your obligations: You are responsible for any taxes on rewards in your jurisdiction and for complying with the laws that apply to you. The eligibility requirements in Section 3 (18+, no OFAC-sanctioned residence) apply.
• No affiliation: $SKR is a third-party token. The programme is not sponsored by or affiliated with Solana Mobile or the $SKR issuer.
