WorkoutBro allows users to:

• Create and manage workout templates with exercises, sets, reps, and weights
• Log workouts and track progress over time
• Save verifiable workout proofs on the Solana blockchain
• Share workout templates with the community (free or paid)
• Purchase community workout templates using SOL or $SKR tokens
• Connect X (Twitter) accounts for social features

You must be at least 18 years old to use WorkoutBro. You must not be a resident of any country subject to OFAC sanctions. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

WorkoutBro uses Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) for authentication. We never store or have access to your private keys. Your wallet address serves as your identity. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. Lost keys cannot be recovered by us.

Users may publish workout templates to the community as free or paid content.

• Pricing: Creators set prices in SOL or $SKR tokens.
• Payment split: 95% of each sale goes to the creator, 5% to the platform treasury.
• Payment processing: All payments are handled on-chain via a Solana smart contract. Payments are trustless and verifiable.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable due to the on-chain nature of transactions.
• Content quality: WorkoutBro does not guarantee the safety, quality, or effectiveness of community-created workout templates.

When you save a workout proof on-chain, a SHA-256 hash of your workout summary is permanently recorded on the Solana blockchain. This data cannot be deleted or modified. The transaction includes your wallet address and is publicly visible. On-chain transaction fees (Solana network fees) are your responsibility.

WorkoutBro is a tracking and logging tool, not a medical or fitness advisory service. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or adverse effects that may occur during workouts logged with our App. Use of community workout templates is at your own risk.

You retain ownership of your workout data and templates. By publishing a workout to the community, you grant WorkoutBro and other users a non-exclusive license to view, save, and use the workout template. You may unpublish your workouts at any time, but copies already saved by other users will remain in their accounts.

• Publishing misleading, dangerous, or harmful workout content
• Attempting to manipulate on-chain data or exploit smart contract vulnerabilities
• Using bots or automated tools to manipulate likes, saves, or marketplace activity
• Impersonating other users or creators
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible, network fees may vary, token values fluctuate, smart contracts may contain undiscovered bugs, and the Solana network may experience downtime or congestion. WorkoutBro is not responsible for losses due to these inherent blockchain risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (§ 276 BGB), WorkoutBro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not affect liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, you acknowledge that digital content (purchased workout templates) is delivered immediately upon on-chain confirmation, and you expressly consent to this, waiving your right of withdrawal for completed digital purchases (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes. For EU consumers: you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
